The largest cut of the Bush tax cuts was the LOWEST tax bracket: taxes went from 15% to 10%, a 5% drop. The highest tax bracket went from 39% to 36%, a 3% drop.
Now in terms of dollars of course rich are going to see more of their own money saved because they make more money.
But as a %, it's the LOWEST tax bracket which was helped the most by the Bush tax cuts. And likewise, the LOWEST tax bracket will be HURT the worse if the Bush tax cuts are repealed.
